Grace has represented numerous E-commerce companies of all sizes in resolving contentious IP infringement allegations and business disputes. She has also successfully defended clients against accusations of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement in the United States.

Grace also has extensive experience in transactional matters, including counseling E-commerce marketplace aggregators as well as individual business owners on mergers and acquisitions, including conducting legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating transactional agreements.
